Initiate Your Request

Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Carefully pack your audio gear in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

Label and Ship

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the condition of the equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
